PwC India is hiring an Associate Consultant in Commercial Assurance within the Tax – Contract and Compliance (TRS) team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, process consulting, or commercial assurance, with a strong understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Revenue Management processes. You will leverage technology platforms, commercial analytics, and process consulting expertise to support client projects and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Contract & Commercial Assurance
- Interpret and summarize commercial and operational terms in buy-side and sell-side contracts.
- Perform contract abstraction, contract management, and commercial analytics using various technology solutions.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure all work papers are updated in the central repository following re-performance standards.
2. Process Consulting & Business Optimization
- Collaborate with teams to align company processes with business objectives for improved performance.
- Define technology requirements to support assessment and evaluation projects.
- Assist clients in developing effective process strategy, vision, and maturation plans.
- Maintain and update process documentation and workflows.
- Recommend process design improvements to standardize, enhance, or redesign workflows.
- Prepare client deliverables including business documents, presentations, and transformation reports.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for process-related client and internal queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Process Reviews, or Contract Administration.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash (Revenue Management) and Procure to Pay (Source to Pay) functions.
- Ability to perform commercial analytics, contract abstraction, and compliance reporting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in Commercial Assurance projects.
- Exposure to Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, EPC, or Energy/Power sectors is a plus.
Years of Experience: 2-4 Years
Education Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
