Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project audits to assess compliance with planned processes and industry best practices.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring governance, reporting, and execution frameworks are in place.
- Drive business process improvements across project lifecycles from planning to operationalization.
- Assist clients with risk management initiatives and internal controls optimization.
- Implement digital technologies to enhance project monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end internal audit services across Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in internal auditing and risk consulting.
- Expertise in project audits and PMO support.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles, including Planning, Budgeting, Procurement, Contracting, Execution, and Billing.
- Sector knowledge in Real Estate, Roads, Water, and Solar projects.
- Familiarity with digital tools for project monitoring, reporting, and risk management.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- BE / MBA / Chartered Accountant Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting, or project management.
- Prior experience in Risk Advisory or PMO functions preferred.
