Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC applications.
- Implement Web API services and database integration using SQL Server or Oracle.
- Write unit tests, optimize system performance, and ensure best coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Work on front-end development using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Use TFS and GitHub repositories for version control and code management.
- Stay updated on latest technology trends and system improvement techniques.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC, C#, Web API, SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and coding best practices.
- Ability to work in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with client interaction, requirement analysis, and solution design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Angular, Oracle databases, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX.
- Exposure to TFS and GitHub for code management.
Education & Qualifications
- Required: Graduates from premium institutes: IITs, NITs, Jadavpur University, DTU, VIT, BIT, BITS Pilani, PESIT, VJTI, IIEST Shibpur/BESU.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
