Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to client service teams across digital and technology projects.
- Conduct in-depth research using proprietary and external databases, analyst reports, and other resources.
- Analyze data and deliver targeted insights to client teams in well-structured, client-ready formats.
- Support knowledge codification, creating detailed documents, knowledge nuggets, and qualification packs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases, tools, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate across global teams and practices to solve client problems and deliver value.
- Support junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Continuously learn and grow, gaining expertise in McKinsey concepts, terminology, and client capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology field.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital/IT services, research, or technology consulting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities using data, facts, and logical reasoning.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, adaptable to seniority levels and client needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting global consulting projects in digital, technology, or IT strategy.
- Familiarity with knowledge management, data repositories, and research tools.
- Ability to contribute to client development materials and support business insights initiatives.
