Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Develop production-grade software with clean, secure, and efficient code, participating in code reviews and debugging sessions.
- Apply deep domain knowledge to client problems and internal R&D, leveraging innovative analytical approaches for measurable impact.
- Design and build scalable applications and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, modularity, and reproducibility, including in Generative AI environments.
- Continuously improve engineering workflows, adopt new technologies, and promote software and data engineering best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience with strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in Python, with additional experience in Typescript or Go preferred.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git), Agile/Scrum methodologies, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience in designing scalable, testable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
- Exposure to autonomous and collaborative AI agents, leveraging generative AI when applicable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in analytics, AI, or enterprise software development.
- Knowledge of streaming protocols and web sockets.
