As a C&I Analytics Analyst, you will leverage Python, SQL, PySpark, Tableau, Power BI, and no-code tools to deliver real-world business impact for clients across industries. Responsibilities
- Solve complex business problems across industries using advanced analytics, AI, and data engineering techniques.
- Develop end-to-end analytics and AI solutions in collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and designers.
- Build predictive models, scenario planners, and simulation engines to inform strategic client decisions.
- Translate client business needs into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with QuantumBlack leadership and client executives to apply cutting-edge analytics technologies.
- Contribute to research and knowledge development in analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
- Present complex analytical insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or other analytics platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Proven experience in building business algorithms, simulation engines, or scenario planners.
- Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and no-code analytics tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred:
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or analytics projects.
- Familiarity with QA standards, risk management, and engineering standards.
- Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
