Key Responsibilities
As an EY Senior Associate – Financial Diligence in Mumbai, you will:
- Analyze business models, financial statements, strengths, weaknesses, and risks of target companies.
- Assess historic and projected financial performance with detailed variance and assumption analysis.
- Identify deal issues and provide recommendations on valuation adjustments.
- Conduct risk analysis for M&A transactions and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate transaction structures and provide advisory on structuring matters.
