About the Role
As an Assistant Manager – TSE IT at EY-Parthenon, you will work with global clients on the technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs. You will provide operational, IT, and strategy-focused support across the entire transaction lifecycle—helping clients manage risk, unlock synergies, and maximize deal value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mid-to-large sized client engagements and support deal lifecycle execution.
- Lead projects across technology functions: Applications, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operating Models.
- Support IT due diligence, cyber diligence, and technology assessments for global M&A deals.
- Build relationships with EY global teams and regional TSE partners.
- Drive business development through proposals, client pitches, and point-of-view papers.
- Deliver strategic insights on technology cost optimization, post-deal integration, carve-out readiness, and synergy realization.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management from a top-tier institute.
- 3–5 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in M&A transactions, technology strategy, and IT transformation.
- Hands-on experience in IT Due Diligence, Cybersecurity Diligence, and Technology Diligence.
- Experience in post-deal lifecycle (integration/separation planning, Day-1 readiness, TSA exit, cost modeling).
- Knowledge of Cloud Economics, IT Budgeting, Technology Cost Optimization, and IT Value Realization.
