Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Strategy Manager at EY-Parthenon, you will:
- Lead digital transformation and innovation projects across multiple industries.
- Apply EY-Parthenon’s proprietary strategy frameworks to assess digital maturity, design transformation roadmaps, and identify value creation opportunities.
- Translate AI-driven opportunities into actionable business and technology requirements.
- Guide teams of 6–8 consultants in delivering impactful client projects.
- Develop and implement digital operating models, go-to-market strategies, and investment plans.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to evaluate platforms, customer journeys, and digital ecosystems.
- Drive business development by building strong client relationships and supporting new pursuits.
- Contribute to thought leadership in areas like GenAI, blockchain, IoT, and data monetization.
- Support internal firm initiatives including hiring, mentoring, and capability building.
Skills and Experience for Success
- Expertise in digital strategy planning, maturity benchmarking, and transformation roadmaps.
- Experience in emerging technology analysis (AI, GenAI, IoT, Blockchain).
- Strong skills in competitive/market assessments, business model redesign, and digital value creation.
- Proven problem-solving, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience working with global clients and cross-border consulting teams.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
- MBA or Master’s from a Tier-1 B-School.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx; knowledge of Python/VBA is a plus.
- Prior experience with a Big Four or top consulting/technology firm preferred.
