Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle ARCS Senior Consultant at EY, you will:
- Design and implement end-to-end Oracle ARCS reconciliation solutions.
- Configure reconciliation profiles, match types, workflows, and rules.
- Automate reconciliation timelines, aging rules, and compliance checks.
- Manage data integration from multiple systems using Data Exchange.
- Develop and implement auto-match rules and exception handling for transaction reconciliation.
- Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create training materials, functional documentation, and conduct user workshops.
- Provide ongoing user support and knowledge transfer.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in Oracle ARCS implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cloud REST APIs.
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools for reconciliation processes.
- Agile methodology and project delivery experience.
- Oracle ARCS certification (highly preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of professional experience in ERP Analytics and Oracle ARCS.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in financial close, reconciliation, and ERP systems.
