Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle EPM PBCS/EPBCS at EY, you will:
- Lead and implement Oracle Planning and Budgeting solutions.
- Design and deploy financial reports, dashboards, smart lists, approval workflows, and webforms.
- Manage data integrations including pipelines, cube mappings, and direct source system integration.
- Develop and maintain business rules, aggregations, and advanced calculations.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams for requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and training.
- Troubleshoot metadata and data load issues while performing data validations.
- Automate processes using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting.
- Deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Preferred Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PBCS/EPBCS.
- Expertise in modules like Workforce, Financials, Capital, and Projects.
- Experience with Groovy scripting and SQL for advanced customizations.
- Background in Finance or Accounting for better alignment with reporting needs.
- Exposure to large-scale, multinational finance transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies in project delivery.
- Passion for automation and modern finance practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in customer-facing Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementation projects.
