This is an excellent opportunity for B.Com graduates, ACCA or CPA freshers, and candidates with 1–2 years of financial accounting or assurance experience to grow their careers in a collaborative, international environment.
As part of the EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance team, you will work with global engagement teams across the Americas and Europe, supporting clients in diverse industries while gaining exposure to international accounting standards, audit methodologies, and assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities
As a Core Audit Staff – Assurance Associate at EY Noida, your role will include:
- Performing substantive and controls-based audit procedures in line with EY methodology.
- Supporting global assurance teams (Americas & Europe) on client engagements.
- Developing knowledge of international accounting and assurance principles.
- Building strong working relationships with global engagement teams.
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements across engagements.
- Promoting EY’s ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional practices.
- Participating in calls with EY Onshore teams.
- Using EY technology tools to enhance service delivery and knowledge sharing.
