Key Responsibilities
As a Global People Analytics Analyst at BCG, you will:
- Develop, design, and manage advanced Tableau dashboards integrating multiple HR data sources.
- Use SQL queries to retrieve and optimize data for reporting.
- Perform ETL processes to build scalable and efficient data models.
- Partner with stakeholders to address people-related challenges through data-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality with rigorous testing and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements.
- Provide thought leadership across the employee lifecycle analytics (hiring to attrition).
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development, SQL, and data modeling.
- Advanced Tableau expertise: server management, LOD calculations, custom charts, hyper data sources, JavaScript APIs.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles for user-friendly dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for data optimization and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Background in HR data analytics preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep interest in metrics and visualization.
