Key Responsibilities
As a People Analytics Analyst – Visualization, you will:
- Develop, design, and manage advanced Tableau dashboards integrating multiple data sources.
- Use SQL to query databases and support reporting.
- Perform ETL processes to create scalable and efficient data models.
- Partner with stakeholders to address HR challenges with analytics and visualization.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business needs.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development, data modeling, and SQL.
- Expertise in advanced Tableau features: server management, LOD calculations, hyper data sources, and custom charts.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for creating impactful dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for optimizing queries and managing large datasets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- HR data analysis experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
