Key Responsibilities
As a BCG Global Data Analyst Senior Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Backend & AI-Driven Solutions
- Design and implement scalable backend systems for Generative AI applications.
- Build optimized RESTful APIs and server-side logic to support advanced AI workflows.
- Ensure systems are robust, agile, and secure.
Data & Cloud Engineering
- Work with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, RDS) and databases like Snowflake/Postgres.
- Develop solutions with ORM libraries, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Enhance data tagging, segmentation, and performance tracking methodologies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Data Analytics, IT, and Marketing.
- Take ownership of projects from conception to delivery.
- Support global squads in scaling AI-powered applications.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Deploy and monitor applications in production environments.
- Handle performance optimization, logging, and vulnerability resolution.
- Maintain system reliability, security, and high availability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Python development with OOP, modular architecture, and design patterns.
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Postgres) and database management.
- Proven expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system design.
- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, debugging, and optimization techniques.
- Background in AI technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, multi-agent workflows).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
