Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Analyst in BCG’s Global Real Estate team, you will:
- Manage the space data lifecycle including lease administration, real estate projects, office capacity, and forecasted headcount planning.
- Refine and maintain real estate data dashboards to improve accuracy, completeness, and transparency.
- Build new dashboards to support business cases and investment decisions.
- Conduct semi-annual data quality checks across the global real estate portfolio.
- Partner with global stakeholders to manage floor plan updates and data governance standards.
- Liaise with vendors for floor plan conversions and ensure compliance with GRE requirements.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and workstream leads to improve systems and processes.
