Key Responsibilities
As a Senior People Analytics Analyst at BCG, you will:
- Develop and manage advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards integrating data from diverse sources.
- Use SQL to query and optimize databases for HR and people-related reporting.
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to build scalable data models.
- Partner with HR leaders to provide actionable insights for talent management, learning, and attrition analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality checks across dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and improve HR data solutions.

Must-Have Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, custom visuals, level of detail calculations, server management).
- Strong SQL expertise for querying and optimizing data retrieval.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for intuitive dashboards.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
