Key Responsibilities
As a Global People Analytics Analyst at BCG, you will:
- Develop, design, and manage advanced Tableau dashboards integrating diverse data sources
- Use SQL to query databases, retrieve, and optimize data for analysis
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to build efficient and scalable models
