Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage (Mumbai), you will:
- Contribute to risk analytics, compliance frameworks, and credit risk assessments for clients in BFSI and insurance sectors.
- Support client projects, proposals, and workshops with data analysis, insights, and benchmarking studies.
- Assist in developing intellectual property, frameworks, and regulatory trackers to strengthen BCG’s expertise in risk & compliance.
- Conduct market and regulatory research, generating actionable insights aligned with BASEL guidelines and RBI frameworks.
- Collaborate with BCG consultants and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver client-ready solutions.
- Support commercialization efforts by contributing to client presentations, whitepapers, and marketing material.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues during onboarding and training.

- Proficiency in risk modeling, regulatory research, and benchmarking.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of consulting experience in BFSI/insurance, with specialization in credit risk.
- OR 4–6+ years of industry experience in financial risk management and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or Law (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications like FRM (Global Association of Risk Professionals) or CFA strongly preferred.
- Exposure to BASEL guidelines and RBI regulations is essential.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) with strong communication and business acumen.
