Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Finance Analyst – Global Record-to-Report (RTR) Process in Gurgaon, India. Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Analyst – RTR at BCG Gurgaon, you will:

  • Manage financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with BCG standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and schedules for Indian entities.
  • Execute monthly/quarterly close processes including accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee revenue accounting, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset/lease accounting.
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across ledgers.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot system issues during month-end close.
  • Maintain audit controls and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and document standardized accounting procedures.
  • Contribute to global finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in financial accounting, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • ERP experience: Oracle (GL, FA, AP), Hyperion, SAP BO, MS Access.
    • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation).
    • Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Alteryx) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge Areas: Revenue accounting, intercompany, fixed assets, reconciliations, audit controls, governance, and month-end/year-end close.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, data analysis, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
