Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with multiple departments for seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, corridors, staircase, and driveways.
- Personally interact with guests and guide the team to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Uphold Accor service standards while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in hotel front office management or guest relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of hospitality systems and hotel front office software.
- A guest-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
