Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Service Associate – Front Office at Novotel Lucknow, you will:
- Deliver seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage cashiering tasks, billing, and foreign exchange services accurately.
- Provide concierge assistance, city insights, and leisure recommendations.
- Serve as an Accor hospitality ambassador, ensuring consistent service standards.
- Maintain compliance with hotel SOPs and brand guidelines.
- Ensure personalized greetings, farewells, and warm guest interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience with Opera PMS or similar systems is desirable.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal & written English communication.
- Additional languages (especially Arabic) are a plus.
- Previous experience with 3-star/4-star hotel brands advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and guest-oriented mindset.
