Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Manager at ibis New Delhi Aerocity, your role will include:
Business Performance
- Plan outlet budgets and review revenue and expenditure forecasts monthly.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports with variance analysis against business goals.
- Develop and implement profit enhancement programs in collaboration with kitchen and marketing teams.
- Control F&B costs, labor expenses, and supply usage to ensure alignment with budgets.
Outlet Operations
- Conduct daily departmental briefings and ensure smooth communication.
- Supervise staff performance and maintain high service standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, remembering preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback tactfully and effectively.
- Ensure cashiering and bar operations comply with company policies.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene to comply with sanitation and HACCP standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hotel Management Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong guest service orientation with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
