Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process all room booking requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maximize revenue by upselling and cross-selling hotel services during the reservation process.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies in all reservation activities.
- Keep accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Guest-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) or reservation software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local or foreign languages is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
