Key Responsibilities
As a Multi Technician at ibis Bengaluru Hebbal, your duties include:
- Assisting the Duty Engineer with daily operations, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Handling and monitoring AC systems and building services.
- Ensuring equipment is operated and maintained as per hotel standards.
- Reporting hazards, unsafe conditions, or repair needs to management promptly.
- Supporting housekeeping and other departments when required, as directed by the General Manager.
- Following Accor’s mission, policies, and procedures to maintain service excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI certification (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in engineering/maintenance roles.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of hotel equipment.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
- Prior experience in building maintenance will be an added advantage.
