Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Executive, you will:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Develop and enforce housekeeping procedures and quality control standards.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Manage departmental budgets with a focus on cost control and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Certification in Housekeeping Management is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in hotel housekeeping management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and hospitality housekeeping standards.
- Proficiency in hospitality software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform or assist in housekeeping tasks when required.
