Key Responsibilities
As the Team Leader – Mansion Upkeep at Raffles Udaipur, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping and upkeep staff.
- Plan and implement cleaning & maintenance schedules across mansions and luxury spaces.
- Ensure interiors, exteriors, and landscaped areas maintain world-class presentation standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with luxury brand standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related concerns with professionalism.
- Prepare and manage upkeep budgets efficiently.
- Maintain safety and security protocols in all areas.
- Stay updated with best practices in luxury housekeeping and introduce innovative techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in hospitality or property management (luxury hotels preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team.
- Knowledge of high-end cleaning techniques and luxury maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/local language proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Budgeting, vendor management, and resource allocation expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Facility Management or relevant certifications (preferred).
