Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR initiatives to maintain employee morale, motivation, and participative management.
- Support company policies & procedures, ensuring smooth communication across all departments.
- Manage People & Culture activities including:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Compensation & Benefits
- Training & Development
- Performance Management Systems
- Employee Relations & Engagement Programs
- Assist in annual and long-term HR planning aligned with Accor’s strategic goals.
- Develop strategies to support recruitment, employee retention, and career development.
- Establish strong working relationships with department heads to drive productivity and cooperation.
- Handle payroll management and statutory compliance effectively.
- Promote a culture of open communication and continuous employee development.
- Identify cost-effective use of resources while training teams on operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Management Studies or MBA in Human Resources.
- 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll handling.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with discretion and professionalism.
