Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Analyst, you will:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Manage data migration, deployment, and environment management using CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Document technical specifications, testing procedures, and production deployment notes.
- Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and lead technical delivery (for senior analysts).
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 1–9 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred: additional certifications).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
