Key Responsibilities
As the Learning & Development Manager at Accor Bengaluru, you will:
- Partner with the Director of Talent & Culture to design and implement learning strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Develop engaging training content including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions ensuring interactive and effective delivery.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Support career progression plans and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records ensuring compliance with hospitality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest L&D best practices, trends, and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training design tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
- Solid understanding of hospitality standards and compliance.
