Key Responsibilities
As a Learning & Development Manager at Grand Mercure Bengaluru, you will:
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent & Culture to design and implement training strategies.
- Partner with department heads to assess training needs and customize programs.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
- In-depth understanding of hospitality service standards and compliance requirements.
- 6–7 years of relevant professional experience.
