Key Responsibilities
As a Senior People Partner (HRBP) – Personal Care, you will:
- Act as the primary HR interface for employees and managers in Personal Care, Legal, and Sustainability functions.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people processes.
- Handle complex employee queries and ER casework using strong knowledge of employment law and company policies.
- Support performance management, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and flexible work arrangements.
- Promote Unilever’s Code of Business Principles and resolve conflicts fairly.
- Build trust-based relationships with employees and managers, ensuring unbiased and transparent facilitation.
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams (Talent, Payroll, Reward, TA, etc.) for seamless HR operations.
- Identify employee relations trends and proactively coach managers to address root causes.
- Drive simplification and digital transformation projects to improve employee experience.
- Contribute to Unilever’s vision of a tech-enabled HR function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in business partnering or employee relations.
- Proven expertise in performance conversations, conflict resolution, and complex HR casework.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and inclusive environment.
