Key Responsibilities
As a Cluster Learning & Development Manager at Accor Hotels, you will:
- Develop and implement cluster-wide learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Learning & Development professionals.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to bridge skill gaps and improve employee performance.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to identify learning needs across multiple departments.
- Manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
- Track training effectiveness using performance metrics and analytics.
- Oversee the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training initiatives.
- Stay updated on global HR and L&D trends to improve program offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and partners.
- Foster a culture of professional growth and continuous development across all cluster properties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in training design, instructional development, and program implementation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other L&D tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Budget management and project management expertise.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and global HR practices.
- Willingness to travel within the cluster.
