Key Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and seat guests, presenting menus and answering F&B queries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks professionally, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions (cash and card).
- Maintain dining area cleanliness, table setup, and reset.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and F&B supplies management.
- Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in food and beverage service (hotel/restaurant preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of F&B service techniques, etiquette, and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to lift trays up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for billing and transactions.
- Understanding of HACCP standards and food safety compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications preferred.
