Key Responsibilities

- Oversee bank accounts and optimize fund usage.

Internal Controls & Compliance
- Establish robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Liaise with auditors and implement recommendations.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
- Train staff in financial best practices and company policies.
- Create a culture of accountability and results.
Cost Optimization & Profitability
- Monitor hotel operating costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Partner with operational teams to control expenses without affecting guest satisfaction.
Owner & Investor Relations
- Provide financial insights to ownership and investors.
- Present performance updates and forecasts in regular meetings.
- Support investment decisions with financial modeling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
- 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with minimum 3–5 years in hotel financial leadership.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance within hospitality.
- Ability to balance owner expectations with hotel operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
