Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Service Associate at Grand Mercure Mysore, you will:
- Warmly greet and escort guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established hotel service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and side stations.
- Proactively upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Process cash and card transactions with precision.

- Follow HACCP food safety and hygiene protocols.

- Support other F&B outlets during peak operations.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this Accor GSA Food & Beverage role in Mysore, you should have:
- Industrial Training in Food & Beverage Service.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality role.
