Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – TSE IT at EY-Parthenon, you will:
- Lead and manage workstreams in IT due diligence, divestitures, carve-outs, and M&A technology integration.
- Support clients in developing and executing transaction strategies to secure deal value.
- Drive projects across multiple technology functions – Applications, Data, Cyber, Infrastructure, IT Operating Model, and Cutover.
- Deliver insights and risk assessments in technology diligence and post-deal integration.
- Build relationships with EY offices globally and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development by preparing POVs, solution offerings, and supporting pitches.
- Collaborate in an agile, fast-paced consulting environment, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management (MBA or equivalent).
- 1–4 years of relevant consulting experience in IT strategy, technology transformation, or transaction lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in M&A transaction lifecycle including:
- IT Due Diligence, Cyber Diligence, Technology Diligence.
- Separation & integration planning, Day-1 readiness, and TSA management.
- IT operating models, cloud economics, and cost optimization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work in high-pressure, deal-driven environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in technology cost optimization and IT value realization.
- Familiarity with IT budget forecasting, chargeback models, and cloud financial management.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams and manage multi-stakeholder environments.
