Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across the M&A lifecycle, including carve-outs, integrations, cross-border transactions, and transformation.
- Conduct industry, sector, and deal analysis to identify opportunities and portfolio strategies.
- Support execution of carve-out/integration plans, addressing risks and operational challenges.
- Deliver synergy assessments, standalone costing, and 100-day planning.
- Manage client engagement teams delivering TSE services to secure deal value.
- Prepare client deliverables such as reports, integration roadmaps, and cost assessments.
- Collaborate with EY global teams and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and pursuit meetings.
- Mentor and manage teams, conduct performance reviews, and drive professional development.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of M&A lifecycle, carve-out, and business integration.
- Financial analysis expertise with ability to link operations to P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
- Experience creating sector insights, risk assessments, and integration strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications
- Required:
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science from a premier institute.
- 10–12 years of consulting/industry experience in Finance & Accounting domain.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP/BI systems used for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to design financial systems aligned with business needs.
- Preferred:
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
