Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Tax (TTT Development) at EY Bengaluru, you will:
- Lead tax technology and transformation (TTT) initiatives.
- Develop automation and digital solutions for tax and finance functions.
- Manage RFPs and RFIs for private, public, and government clients.
- Build Go-To-Market strategies with technology alliance partners.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) for strategic clients.
- Design functional and technical solutions, including commercials for large projects.
- Deliver pre-sales support across RPA, workflow automation, AI/ML, and analytics.
- Create presentations, webinars, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Foster client relationships built on trust, quality, and innovation.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of tax technology and automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, SAP, Python, AI/ML).
- Expertise in digital transformation, pre-sales, and solutioning.
- Exceptional MS PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
- Ability to articulate solutions creatively through demos and proposals.
- Experience in India Tax projects preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and client functions.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance (mandatory).
- B.Tech in Computer Science (preferred).
- Experience in tax automation, pre-sales, RFP/RFI processes, and solutioning.
- Demonstrated success in digital platform adoption within Tax/Finance functions.
