Key Responsibilities
As a Transformation Manager – PAS IMT Service Activation at EY Bengaluru, you will:
- Lead large-scale transformation and change management programs for global clients.
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Apply program, process, and change management best practices to drive impact.
- Conduct assessments of client business environments and provide actionable solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong global stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants within EY’s PAS practice.
- Develop and manage a knowledge repository for ongoing transformation initiatives.
- Support the creation of methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance EY’s transformation services.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Program Management, Change Management, and Process Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prosci, Lean, BPR).
- Strong presentation, consultative, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change.
- Experience in global, cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools: MS Projects, AHA, ADO, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with analytics and statistical tools such as Power BI, Spotfire.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline).
- PMP, Agile, Prosci, Scrum, or Lean certifications strongly preferred.
- Minimum 12–15+ years of consulting/program management experience.
- Proven track record in leading global-scale transformation projects.
