Key Responsibilities
As a Senior in Oracle Fusion Finance at EY Hyderabad, you will:
- Lead Oracle ERP Finance and Fusion Financials implementations (3+ full cycle projects, with at least 1 in Fusion).
- Gather and document requirements using AIM / OUM or other ERP methodologies.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance modules such as:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Fixed Assets
- Cash Management
- Expenses
- Conduct CRP sessions, design reviews, and client workshops.
- Support solution design, Fit-Gap analysis, training, testing, and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and documentation.
- Provide guidance to team members, ensuring deliverables meet EY’s quality standards.
- Work closely with client stakeholders in finance, supply chain, and project accounting.
- Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities and release management processes.
Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and ERP Finance solutions.
- Experience in solution design, integrations, and data conversion.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience documenting requirements with OUM or equivalent methodology.
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Must hold a valid passport.
Educational Qualifications
- CA, CWA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
