Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Master Data Management Analyst, your role will involve:
- Managing transactional interactions with suppliers.
- Working with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing discrepancies and commercial terms.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining vendor master records.
- Providing data reports, analysis, and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensuring accuracy in vendor setup requests and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Obtaining pricing and non-pricing information from approved suppliers.
- Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintaining compliance with procurement processes and ERP systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (BAAN, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in multiple shifts.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in vendor management or procurement data analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP BAAN highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
