Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead requirement discovery and definition workshops.
- Define scope, effort estimates, and technical requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversee design reviews.
- Establish technical standards, processes, and best practices.
Salesforce B2B Commerce Expertise
- Design and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce (SFCC/CloudCraze) solutions.
- Work with service, logic, and data layers for robust commerce architectures.
- Implement Salesforce Communities, security models, and access control.
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
Integration & Order Management
- Build integrations with ERPs, OMS, payment gateways, and third-party apps.
- Manage end-to-end B2B order lifecycle and commerce workflows.
- Develop enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions with APIs and service layers.
Development & Customization
- Develop in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Apply CI/CD, TDD, and DevOps practices.
- Build modern JavaScript-based UIs using Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and security.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
- 4+ years in Salesforce B2B Commerce (SFCC/CloudCraze).
- Expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration methods.
- Strong knowledge of commerce data models, extensions, and security.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodology.
- Ability to design architecture diagrams and enterprise workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
