Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements as per Ind-GAAP & Ind-AS with schedules/workings.
- Handle consolidation of financials and generate MIS reports.
- Review Balance Sheets, P&L, and conduct ratio analysis.
- Support statutory, tax, and GST audits in coordination with auditors.
- Manage banking facilities (fund/non-fund based).
- Apply advanced Excel skills (macros preferred) for automation.
- Collaborate with overseas client teams seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, 1961 for income computation.
- Manage payroll processes, accounting systems, and engagement formalities.
- Train, supervise, and guide team members effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 0–1 years of experience in Finance, Tax, or Consulting roles.
- Experience in client-facing roles preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple functions.
- Ability to coordinate across geographies and with multiple stakeholders.
