About the Role
Deloitte South Asia LLP is hiring a Senior Executive in its Business Process Solutions (Tax – Finance Operate) team, based in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for finance professionals with 3–6 years of experience in Accounting, Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Record to Report (R2R), particularly on SAP/SAP S/4HANA.
As part of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, you will manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, support reporting, and drive automation using financial tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Record to Report (R2R) processes on SAP / SAP S/4HANA.
- Prepare journal vouchers, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
- Conduct financial reconciliations, MIS preparation, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate cost allocations and compliance with accounting standards.
- Build dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- Leverage tools such as MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Support the team in meeting SLA/KPI commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, services, or corporate finance environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting.
- 3–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts operations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP / SAP S/4HANA (R2R, P2P, O2C, Revenue Accounting).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, services, corporates, BPOs, or CA firms preferred.
