🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM, and custom apps
- Build and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and form configurations to meet business needs
- Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports based on functional requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other integration tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver efficient technical solutions
🛠️ Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development: workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and custom applications
- Strong experience in front-end development technologies: JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM, and custom applications
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies for IT service management
✅ Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
