KPMG Global Services (KGS) is hiring a Finance & Accounting Analyst (BKK) in Gurgaon, Haryana, to support GL monthly closing, reporting, assets, inventory, and cash management processes for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant finance experience and strong expertise in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting. As a Finance Analyst at KGS, you will contribute to month-end closures, reconciliations, and operational improvements, gaining exposure to cross-functional accounting services in a global aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities
General Ledger (GL) & Reporting
- Perform monthly GL closing and reporting according to the financial calendar.
- Ensure all automatic postings are booked, and recurring/non-recurring items are reconciled.
- Prepare manual journal entries and ad-hoc reports with detailed analysis.
Assets & Inventory Accounting
- Record and book asset-related transactions, including depreciation and valuation.
- Contribute to inventory costing, valuation, and depreciation calculations.
- Support month-end closure reporting related to fixed assets and inventory.
Cash & Intercompany (ICO) Accounting
- Clear transitory accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Calculate Forex net positions and manage intercompany accounting.
- Book cash and intercompany transactions accurately for month-end closure.
Master Data & Process Improvement
- Maintain master data accuracy and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with Wizz Air and KGS policies.
- Support closing and reporting teams during peak periods.
- Propose continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong MS Excel / Office skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Educational: Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Experience in GL, assets, inventory, cash accounting, or intercompany transactions preferred.
