KPMG Global Services (KGS) is seeking a Senior Audit Associate in Noida to support our Swiss client portfolio. This is an exciting team lead role for candidates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, US GAAP, and PCAOB standards. As a Senior, you will lead a small team, mentor junior staff, and manage complex audit procedures while collaborating with onshore Swiss teams. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of 6–7 auditors, including fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
- Monitor work quality, motivate team members, and ensure deliverables meet SLA and compliance standards.
- Assist seniors and Assistant Managers in performance reviews and team development.
Audit Execution
- Actively perform audit procedures and testing for Swiss clients.
- Audit complex sections of financial statements in line with PCAOB and US GAAP requirements.
- Identify issues or missing information and track resolutions efficiently.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients and onshore Swiss teams regarding audit progress.
- Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to KPMG’s risk management policies.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Provide timely feedback to enhance team performance and skill development.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, US GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
- Experience in financial services or multinational client audits preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for cross-location collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Educational: Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Professional: Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) or ACCA.
- Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification in a Big 4 audit firm.
