- Mentor, coach, and guide junior developers and engineering teams.

- Implement best practices in coding, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Monitor software performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, security standards, and KPMG’s technology guidelines.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption strategies.
