✅ Key Responsibilities
- Execute process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting engagements.
- Lead small teams of analysts/trainees on audit projects.
- Manage project deliverables, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
- Conduct process gap analysis, control effectiveness reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Develop audit strategies and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and develop business cases.
- Travel to client locations within India and abroad as needed.
🎯 Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong domain knowledge of business processes, internal audit, risk management, and compliance.
- Expertise in process gap analysis, control rationalization, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (preferred).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Good business acumen and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic IT system understanding and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively (within India and internationally).
- High ethical standards and integrity.
🎓 Qualifications
- CA / MBA with 0 – 2 years of experience OR
- Graduate with 2 – 4 years of experience in risk consulting, operations, or compliance roles.
- Certifications like CIA, CISA, or CFE are a plus.
